Among the weapons discovered were four firearms with ammunition, a zombie knife, and a sword which police say was concealed as a walking cane.
A kilogram each of cocaine and cannabis has also been confiscated and police also found around £50,000 in cash.
The warrants were carried out at 4.40am today in Shafter Road in Dagenham, Varley Road in Canning Town, and Albany Heights in Seally Road, Grays.
Two men aged in their 30s were arrested on suspicion of supplying Class A drugs and conspiracy to possess firearms.
The Metropolitan Police says the suspects are believed to have been working as part of an organised crime group, and the raids follow an intelligence-led operation linking the suspects to drug and firearm supply offences.
Detective Superintendent Steve Ellen said: “The warrants this morning further show our commitment to tackling drug supply and the violent crime that is inextricably linked to it.”
Equipment required to commit keyless car thefts was also found at the address in Shafter Road.
