Eighth charge in connection with Clayhall murder

An eighth person has been charged with the murder of a teenager in Clayhall.

Jonathan Mokengo, 23, of St Francis Way, Ilford, was arrested on Monday over the death of Mohammed Usman Mirza in November 2019.

Mokengo is due to appear at the Old Bailey along with five other men tomorrow.

Another man, 21, and a 16-year-old boy are both currently on remand awaiting trial.
