The Lamb’s owner Greene King is looking for someone to take up the tenancy.
It has been located in Romford Market since 1681.
The Greene King website says: “Filled with character, this pub is a great opportunity for experienced business operators with a good knowledge of Romford.
“With a loyal local customer base, The Lamb is a busy day to day trading pub.”
To become the new tenant, there is an entry cost of £32,200, including a £6,000 deposit.
The annual rent for the property is £34,150.
