Three people were injured at the club at around 2am on Monday morning.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said a 21-year-old man was found with stab injuries.
He was treated by paramedics before being taken to hospital although his injuries are not life-threatening.
But the spokesperson later clarified that no knife was found at the scene and enquiries are ongoing as to how the man was injured.
John Clark, from Faces, told Time 107.5: “Some individuals had a disagreement with one another. One of the lads, he fell over and we believe he fell into some broken glass on the floor and he cut himself.
“The police were here on Monday and they looked through CCTV and they had forensic looking in the area. They were quite comfortable with the fact that there were no weapons used.
“Everybody who comes into the venue is thoroughly searched so the chance of anybody bringing a knife in with them is exceptionally slim.”
A second man, aged 25, was found with a head injury and it is believed he was hit with a bottle.
And a 26-year-old man was found suffering facial injuries.
Two men, both aged 26, were arrested at the scene.
One was arrested on suspicion of affray while the other is suspected of grievous bodily harm.
They were taken to a police station and have subsequently been released under investigation pending further enquiries.
John added: “Particularly against the backdrop of knife crime at the moment, coming to Faces is pretty safe because everybody – and I do mean everybody – is searched quite thoroughly before they come in.
“Clubbing is really quite safe. We certainly are very strict with our search policy so the opportunity to bring in anything offensive, in terms of a weapon, is very minimal.”
