Footage, which was widely circulated on social media this morning, showed police attempting to stop a dark Audi in Langstons Road.
The car then collided with several other vehicles, before armed police surrounded it and arrested the occupants.
The original footage appears to have since been deleted.
A spokesperson for The Metropolitan Police said officers had attempted to stop the vehicle in Enfield at around 9.25am today.
But it made off and a pursuit was authorised, with help from the National Police Air Service.
In a statement later, The Met Police said:
“Two 15-year-old boys were arrested on suspicion of aggravated taking and driving away of a vehicle.
“(The first) was further arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon, and (the second) was further arrested on suspicion of robbery.
“Two 14-year-old girls were arrested on suspicion of possession of a bladed article and allowing themselves to be carried in a vehicle taken without consent.
“All four were taken to police stations where they remain in custody.”

No people were injured as a result of the collision.
The police chase is believed to be connected to an investigation into a knife-point robbery, although further details of that have not been released.
