Baby in fallen pram avoids injury as bus crashes into Collier Row garden

A baby boy has been checked over by paramedics after a bus crashed into a garden in Collier Row.

The child’s pram fell over after the collision at the junction of Clockhouse Lane and Firbank Road at around 8.40am today.

A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said that the baby was assessed as a precaution but did not require hospital treatment.

The bus driver was treated at the scene by the London Ambulance Service.

The police spokesperson added that no arrests have been made.
