As of 9am on Wednesday, 15 April, 534 people had tested positive for COVID-19 in Redbridge, an increase of 36 from Monday.
There were 491 confirmed cases in Havering, which saw an increase of 67 in 48 hours, while there were 347 in Barking and Dagenham.
The figures of all London boroughs show Richmond upon Thames to have the fewest with 286 cases.
On the other end of the scale, Brent has become the first London borough to have over a thousand with now 1,063 confirmed cases.
Other areas in the country badly affected include Birmingham with 1,931 cases and Hampshire with 1,802.
In Essex, there are 1,589 positive tests but that figure does not include Thurrock, which has 201, or Southend, with 224.
Across the UK, there have been 98,476 confirmed cases. 18,951 of those have been in Greater London.
Sadly 12,868 people have now died.
