Stephen was stabbed in a car park last month
The 23-year-old was detained during a raid at an address in west London yesterday morning.
She has since been released on bail until early August.
Stephen, 30, was fatally stabbed in a car park near Epping New Road, between the Robin Hood and Wakes Arms roundabouts, at around 8pm on Tuesday, 23 June.

Six people have now been arrested as part of the police investigation into his murder.
A 26-year-old man from Chigwell who was arrested on suspicion of murder on Tuesday, 7 July has been released under investigation.
