The collision happened on the anticlockwise carriageway near to the Ockendon Road bridge at around 11.15am today.
Firefighters worked to free a person who was trapped in one of the vehicles.
A woman was taken to hospital by the East of England Ambulance Service with a minor injury.
UPDATE-M25 anticlockwise – Carriageway blocked by an accident involving a lorry prior to J29 (A127) – lorry has struck the over bridge all emergency services are on the scene – traffic queuing back to the QE2 bridge.

The crash is affecting traffic heading towards junction 29 for the A127, with one lane still closed.
Delays are stretching back to junction 3 in Kent, with travel time around an hour.
