Boy, 17, charged following West Ham station stabbing

A boy has been charged following a stabbing at West Ham underground station.

Two teens were injured during an altercation on Saturday evening.

One of them is still receiving treatment in hospital.

The other, who is also 17-years-old, has appeared at Stratford Magistrates’ Court court today accused of grievous bodily harm and possession of an offensive weapon.

In a statement, British Transport Police said its investigators were not looking to identify anyone else in connection with the incident.
