A series of ‘meet the developer’ sessions are being held at the new Harold Hill Community Hub, Chippenham Road, for businesses and residents, over July and August.
The site is part of the 12 Estates project, a joint venture between Havering Council and national developer, Wates Residential to provide around 3,500 homes over the next 12 to 15 years.
Leader of Havering Council, Councillor Damian White said: “It is an exciting time for Harold Hill, and we welcome all your views.
“Your feedback will help shape the future of this project, providing high-quality homes for local people, and a thriving community for future generations.”
The sessions are being held on:
Monday, 26 July 4pm to 9pm – Residents Right to Return and Short Life Tenants
Wednesday, 28 July 8am to 10am – Businesses
Wednesday, 28 July 12pm to 3pm – All residents and businesses
Monday, 2 August 4pm to 9pm – Residents Right to Return and Short Life Tenants
Wednesday, 4 August 8am to 10am – Businesses
Wednesday, 4 August 12pm to 3pm – All residents and businesses
The partners are working together to double the amount of council rented accommodation and more than double the number of affordable homes.
Information on the consultation can be found on the Havering Council website.
