Members of the swimming club wrapped the presents
Killerwhales Swim Club carried out the campaign in December gathering gifts for those in need at Little Havens, part of Havens Hospice.
The club worked with the hospice to create a wish list of required items and shared it with their supporters who purchased them.
Members then wrapped the presents and the hospice made sure they were given to children in time for Christmas.
150 gifts were gathered and delivered
Reena Midha, from Killerwhales Swim Club of Havering said: “As a family, every year during the Holiday Season we like to focus on a charitable cause.
“We thought it would be a great idea this year to bring the Killer Whales family along with us (my son is a member of the swimming club).”
Speaking about Little Havens, Midha said: “Little Havens, a part of Havens Hospice, is a local hospice providing supportive care to children living with complex conditions.
“This was a cause dear to all of our hearts, and especially their vision of making every day count.
“I am so proud that we were able to pull together, and share the community spirit for such a fantastic cause, and to help those who sacrifice every day to help Little Havens vision of making every day count come true.”
