The boy, in his mid-teens, suffered serious injuries during an off road motorbike accident shortly before 2.15pm on Sunday, 20 February.
The Metropolitan Police and London Ambulance Service were both called to a residential address in Stanley Road North.
Paramedics treated the teenager at the scene before an air ambulance rushed him to hospital for further care.
He remains in a serious condition.
