A 14-year-old boy was knifed in Barkingside High Street at around 4.10pm on Tuesday, 22 February.
He was rushed to hospital where he remains in a serious but stable condition.
Another 15-year-old boy went to a north-east London hospital later in the evening. His condition is not life-threatening.
Police have arrested two 15-year-old boys in connection with the stabbings. They remain in police custody.
A number of crime scenes that were in place have now been closed.
