Police are investigating the cause of the fire
Six fire engines and around 40 firefighters were called to the scene in Abbey Road at around 7.35pm on Tuesday, 22 November.
50 people had left the building before they arrived and no one was injured during the incident.
Half of a four-room flat on the second floor was damaged and a balcony was completely destroyed.
Crews brought the fire under control by around 8.50pm.
The Metropolitan Police are investigating the cause of the blaze.
