The League Two sides were due to play at Gresty Road tomorrow (Saturday, 10 December) afternoon.
An EFL-appointed referee carried out a pitch inspection and confirmed the pitch wasn’t playable, after temperatures dipped as low as minus six in the North West overnight.
Further sub-zero temperatures are forecast for this evening too.
The fixture will be rearranged in due course.
In a statement on Orient’s website, the club say: “All tickets for this fixture will remain valid for the rearranged fixture, however should you have any ticketing enquiries please reach out to the team on tickets@leytonorient.net
“With the Sutton United game on the 17th December a sell-out, the next fixture on sale is our home game against Stevenage at 12.30pm on 27th December.”
