Motorcyclist in critical condition following collision in Tilbury

A motorcyclist is in a critical condition following a collision in Tilbury.

The motorcycle collided with a parked car in Sydney Road at around 11.30am on Thursday, 2 March.

Emergency services took the motorcyclist to hospital where they remain in a critical condition.

In a statement, Essex Police said: “We are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this collision or have any dashcam or CCTV footage that could support this investigation to contact us.

“Additionally, it you saw a white moped or motorcycle being driven in the area yesterday, please get in touch.

“You can let us know by submitting a report on our website or by using our online Live Chat service available Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 10am-9pm.

“Alternatively you can call us on 101 – in an emergency always call 999.”
