Zakarie Mohamed, 18, of Kensal Rise, Kensington, was arrested in Tower Hamlets on Wednesday, 12 April.
He was subsequently charged with two counts of murder, attempted murder and two counts of possession with intent to supply a Class B drug.
Saydi Abu Sheikh, 23, and Zakariya Jeilani Mohamed, 32, who were both from Ilford, died after being shot inside a house in Henley Road just after midnight on Tuesday, 25 October last year.
A third man, aged 30, was taken to hospital with gunshot wounds, where he remained for some time in a serious condition.
He has since been discharged from hospital.
The families of all three men continue to be supported by specialist officers.
Four other men have previously been charged as part of the same investigation.
Ayaani Ali Adan, 20, of East Street, Barking, and Ayman Abasheikh, 18, of Stratton Road, Romford, were arrested on Friday, 11 November last year.
The pair were both charged with two counts of murder, one count of attempted murder, possession with intent to supply a Class B drug, possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life, possession of a knife in public and possession of ammunition for a firearm without a certificate.
Zain Mirza, 20, of Third Avenue, Newham, and Mahad Gouled, 21, of Charles Street, Enfield, were also arrested in November last year.
The pair were subsequently charged with two counts of murder and one count of attempted murder.
A provisional trial date has been set for October.
Mohammed will appear in custody at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 14 April.
