Officers were called to Prince Regent Lane in Plaistow on Monday, 16 October just before 2pm.
Two boys, both in their mid-teens, were found at the location, one with a stab injury to his upper arm and another with a cut to his face.
Neither injury is believed to be life threatening or changing.
No arrests have been made so far.
The Met Police says enquiries are continuing.
