The crash happened on the M25 near the Dartford Crossing
Essex Police were called to junction 30, after a car and motorcycle collided at around 11.40pm last night (Sunday, 14 April).
Despite the best efforts of emergency services, the motorcyclist died at the scene.
Two men, both aged 18 and from Essex, were arrested at the scene on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. They both remain in custody for questioning.
The car was involved in a pursuit involving Kent Police prior to the crash. The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) is independently investigating the circumstances surrounding the police pursuit, following a mandatory referral by Kent Police to the IOPC.
Part of the roundabout was closed for several hours while accident investigation work was carried out.
The road was fully reopened by around 10.30am this morning (Monday, 15 April).
