Man in hospital with facial lacerations following East Ham attack

A man’s in hospital after being found in East Ham suffering laceration injuries to his face and hand.

Police were called to the victim on Wellington Road at 00:43am this morning.

It’s believed the man, in his 50’s, may have been involved in an altercation with another man in Barking Road before being found.

The victim was taken to hospital by LAS for treatment . His injuries have been declared as not life-threatening.

No arrests have been made and enquiries continue.
