Mercury Mall announces three key shops to stay open amid coronavirus pandemic

The Mercury Mall in Romford says three key stores are currently remaining open, while the rest have shut temporarily to help slow the spread of coronavirus.

Asda, Poundland, and Wilko are remaining open to help provide essential products to the public.

Yesterday evening, Boris Johnson said all non-essential shops should close as part of wider measures to control COVID-19.

Only the ground floor (Level Two) will remain open, with customers asked to use the car park in Dolphin Approach.

Toilet facilities will be available in Asda only.
