Appeal after collision in Hutton leaves cyclist seriously injured

A cyclist is seriously injured after a bike and van collided in Hutton.

The crash happened in Hutton Village, near Hutton Drive at around 12.30pm yesterday.

A female cyclist was treated by paramedics at the scene and taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.

Anyone who witnessed the collision or who may have Dashcam footage can contact the Chigwell Road Policing Unit on 101.

The road was closed until 3pm while officers dealt with the scene.
