Police were called at 7.10am on the morning of Thursday, 22 April to reports of protestors causing criminal damage to a building in Canada Square.
Several windows of the HSBC headquarters in the area were shattered following the protest.
The woman, 28, from the Harold Hill area, along with eight other women aged between 20 and 62, have been charged with criminal damage.
They will appear in custody at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 23 April.
