Emergency services were called to Brewery Walk at 9.45am this morning (Monday, 20 September) after receiving reports of a concern for safety.
Officers attended alongside the London Ambulance Service and the London Air Ambulance.
They found a woman had fallen from a “substantial height.”
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Exchange Street and Havana Close were both closed off.
A spokesperson for Met Police said: “At this early stage the death is being treated as unexplained and is not thought to be suspicious.”
