A woman in her 50s died after a car collided with a lorry and a van in New Road, Wennington Road junction, at 8.30am on Wednesday, 19 April.
London Ambulance Service, London Fire Brigade and London’s Air Ambulance attended.
Despite first aid, the female driver of the car died at the scene.
Police have informed her next of kin. They’re being supported by specially trained officers.
The driver of the lorry and of the van were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Police say the lorry driver was not arrested and is assisting with police enquiries.
