Essex Police are looking to identify a man in relation to the arson investigation (Essex Police)
The fire was caused by a firework which was set off in a vehicle parked in Rayleigh Road at around 11.20pm on Saturday, 14 October.
Two vehicles and a nearby property were damaged as a result.
Essex Police are looking to identify a person, pictured, wearing a distinctive camouflage jacket with a face covering.
Anyone with information, CCTV, dash cam or other footage in relation to this incident, is asked to contact police, quoting reference number 42/188333/23.
