Man in hospital after coming off motorbike on A13 in Barking

A man’s in a critical but stable condition after he came off his motorbike on the A13 in Barking.

Police were called at around 2.50am on Tuesday, 9 January to reports of a person in the road.

Officers attended the A13 carriageway along with LAS and London’s Air Ambulance where the victim was found to have come off his bike.

The man was taken to hospital, where his condition is being treated as critical but stable.

Police are working to confirm his identity and inform next of kin.
