Moon landings – It’s the 50th Anniversary of the Apollo 11 landing this week!
Movie recreations – It’s the 30th Anniversary of ‘When Harry Met Sally’- a contest took place in Kat’s Delecitessan NY, to recreate THAT scene AND Mark has recreated the famous scene from ‘An Officer and a Gentleman’ before!
Your most played songs – As Snow Patrol’s ‘Chasing Cars’ becomes the most played song of the 21stt Century
Who did you think is the best sidekick?? – Snoopy and Charlie Brown are BACK with a new TV show. The phone’s on today’s show went crazy for the BIG BREAKFAST DEBATE and Dick Dastardly’s sidekick Mutley came out on top! (We all thought it would be Batman’s sidekick Robin!!)
Our BANGERS OR SMASH! Have been GREAT so far too! Two tunes with a particular theme go head to head for the winner to be played at 7:45am
So far our themes have been Winners and Losers after a big week of sport, Numbers, Rock Wednesday and Space related tunes
