The Cinema Show choreographed by Ruth Brill. Photo by Andrej Uspenski.
The performance on Thursday, 19 October featured a mix of New Works and pieces featuring the music of rock band Genesis.
Each piece told its own story and explored a different dynamic.
It was an opportunity to see the work of a number of choreographers and how they interpret music and performance differently with clear expression of each creative process.
Alongside the dancing, the evening offered a behind-the-scenes look with the airing of interviews and rehearsal clips for the different performances which showed the audience how each one was developed and created.
It was great to see Genesis allowing the use of their catalogue for such a creative and unique purpose.
The dancing was beautiful and a stunning contrast to the rocky feel of the music.
The performance will next be at Lilian Baylis Studio on 2 November and 3 November.
