Overturned car causing queues on A127

Traffic has returned to normal after a car overturned on the A127.

Two vehicles collided eastbound near the Esso garage at the Childerditch Lane junction.

A lane was closed westbound because of repairs being carried out to the central reservation.

A spokesperson for Essex Police said: “We received a call at around 2.15pm today with reports of a collision involving two vehicles on the A127 in Hordon.

“We also received a call that a vehicle involved was on its roof.

“A man was taken to hospital for his injuries, not believed to be life changing or threatening.”
