Police are urgently looking for anyone who saw or spoke to a 28-year-old woman in the days before she was found dead.

Amani Iqbal was found unresponsive when officers attended a home on Thornbury Way, Walthamstow, at around 8am on Sunday, 3 January.

‘Sadly, despite the best efforts of paramedics, the woman was pronounced dead a short time later,’ said the Metropolitan police in an appeal for information.

A post-mortem was carried out on Ms Iqbal, but the results were inconclusive and an investigation is on-going.
